Advanced Processing Solutions Engineering is seeking Technical/Pod Managers to join our growing organization. This role provides opportunity for functional people leadership along with direct individual technical contribution. You will lead a team of technical staff comprising a wide range of engineering and science fields in support of Transformational Computing programs. Key roles and responsibilities include: * Lead a team of 8-12 technical staff in management role. * Execute in a direct contributor role as a system, software, electrical, design, test engineer or as an architect, physicist, material, or data scientist. * Work with technical leads and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define requirements and develop Agile project plans. * Work in cooperation with program management to track execution and provide technical leadership to the team/pod. * Work in collaboration with training leads to review and develop technical training material/documents. * Support administrative management responsibilities including staffing, performance evaluation, career development, and salary planning. This position requires work onsite in either Linthicum, MD or Annapolis Junction, MD facilities. Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) * Minimum 7 years of related engineering experience including at least one year as an integrated product team or technical team lead. * Proven leadership skills as a people and technical leader, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance per business requirements. Preferred Qualifications: * Master's degree in STEM * 12 years of related engineering experience * Demonstrated performance as technical, integrated product team, and/or functional leader. #cj
