Operations Program Manager with Security Clearance

CenCore is seeking aqualified Operations Program Manager, in support of a U.S Varsity Level Customer who is responsible for providing daily security escort services, on-site supervision, inspection, administration, ensuring the smooth delivery of daily operations, and guiding the successful project completion by maximizing the staff?s productivity within the specified timeframe and budget goals. JOB DESCRIPTION* Manages physical security operations and account delivery across the portfolio of Datacenter sites. Maintains confidentiality and prevention of disclosure of classified information. Evaluates service quality and initiates any necessary corrective action in a timely manner. Develops, facilitates, and delivers required documents to the customer. Developsoperational documents and communication to inform data center security personnel on policies and procedures. Reviewdocuments and redact sensitive information based on established procedures. Analyzes operational and financial indicators to continuously improve performance. Develops and administers the budget and provides forecasts and spend analysis. Meets regularly with Customer leadership representatives for programmatic reviews. Regularly travels to the portfolio of Datacenter sites to assess performance and service delivery, provide training where needed, help resolve issues, etc.
