Description:
Responsibilities: * Performs oversight management of overall BPA support operation activity, possibly involving multiple projects and groups of personnel at multiple locations.
* Lead Point of Contact for the BPA.
* Responsible for coordinating all development services being done by the individual Orders.
* Ensures all Orders perform together toward meeting established goals and objectives.
* Works in close collaboration with the COR for contract changes.
* Organizes, directs and coordinates the planning and production of Order contract support activities to be managed.
* Oversees all technical operations and provides financial and contractual requirements of BPA Orders.
* Responsible for overseeing cost control, schedule, and deliverables of BPA Orders.Required: * Bachelor's degree plus 10 years of experience, or Masters plus five years of experience in government Program and Information Technology Management or a related field.
* Demonstrated success in staffing programs with properly trained and qualified personnel.
* Demonstrated experience, in managing programs/projects to meet the cost, schedule, and performance parameters of the contract.
