Computer Scientist with Security Clearance

Position Description The incumbent will support ARM TPO as Software Lead. The incumbent Lead is required to help coordinate the missiles software, ARM Mission Planning, Command Launch Computer (CLC), internal tools, and threat data effort for both domestic and international variants of all Navy AGM-88 weapons to include HARM, AARGM (baseline and AGM88-E2 variant), and AARGM-ER. Responsibilities: Coordination, review, analysis, and tracking of all software efforts within the TPO down to the subsystem level, to include weapons, mission planning, CLC, tools, and threat data. Act as the TPO decision authority for all TPO software products, participate in SCCBs, PMRs, technical reviews, technical coordination, working group meetings, Test Planning Working Groups (TPWG), CSWG, System Safety Working Group (SSWG), Systems Engineering Technical Reviews (SETRs)/Model Based Systems Engineering Activities, conferences, briefings, and other significant program activities. The incumbent will be responsible for team wholeness, schedule, budget, and performance execution. The ideal candidate will have prior leadership experience, excellent communication skills, experience with Software processes, and one or more of NAVAIR's Systems Engineering Technical Reviews (SETR), Systems Engineering Transformation (SET) initiative, Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) processes, and Airworthiness/Cyber-safe processes.
