Chinese Linguist (2024-0098) with Security Clearance

We are actively hiring a Chinese Linguist to join our team working in Reston, VA. You will be responsible for supporting a government agency and your office with translation, transcription, and/or interpretation services. RESPONSIBILITIES * Linguists will provide translations focusing mainly on topics in science and technology. REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE * Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph * Bachelor's degree is desired * Translation into both English and Target Language * Transcription from Source Language into English * Quality Control and Editing of language products * Terminology Management * Triage * Analysis and report writing * Summarizing/Gisting while drawing upon linguistic or cultural expertise * Subject Matter Expertise in areas of Counterproliferation, Counterterrorism, Cyber, Economics, Military, Science and Technology, or Politics/Leadership PREFERRED SKILLS * Interpretation between source and target language
