Program Manager, Senior with Security Clearance

Overview Spathe is currently searching for a Program Manager, Senior to join our team in the Fayetteville, NC area. Spathe Systems is a rapidly growing SOF led, 8(a) defense contractor headquartered in Tampa, FL with offices in Fayetteville, NC and strategic partner locations in Virginia Beach and Coronado. Responsibilities * Serve as the Program Manager typically responsible for organizing, directing, and managing all aspects of contract operational support functions involving multiple complex and inter-related project tasks. * Manage and maintain contractor interface with the senior levels of the customer's organization. * Consult with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverables, ensuring conformance with program and project task schedules and costs and contractual obligations. * Establish and maintain technical and financial reports to show progress of projects to management and customers. Qualifications * 8+ years of experience * Master's degree in relevant field * Project Management Professional (PMP) certified * IT Service Management (preferred) Clearance Required: * TS/SCI Job Type: * Full Time Work Location: * One location - Fayetteville, NC Travel: * Up to 10% travel during the year.
