Help Desk Specialist, Entry Level with Security Clearance

Overview Spathe is currently searching for a Help Desk Specialist, Entry Level to join our team in the Fayetteville, NC area. Spathe Systems is a rapidly growing SOF led, 8(a) defense contractor headquartered in Tampa, FL with offices in Fayetteville, NC and strategic partner locations in Virginia Beach and Coronado. Responsibilities * Provide support in responding to system user requests for assistance. * Provide support to monitor, install and perform maintenance on personal computers, laptop computers, software, and networks. * Provide support for on-the-spot diagnostic evaluations, implementation of correcttions, and training users in proper operation of systems and programs. * Serve as the frist point of contact for troubleshooting hardware/software, all types of computer system problems. * Provide a high degree of customer service and adhere to all service management principles. Qualifications * 1-3 years of experience * Bachelor's degree in relevant field * A+ or Network + Clearance Required: * TS/SCI Job Type: * Full Time Work Location: * One location - Full Time Travel: * Up to 10% travel during the year.
