Financial Manager with Security Clearance

Must be U.S. Citizen Clearance Required: SECRET Education: MA/MS degree Experience: Over 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description. Desired Experience: Experience in financial planning, forecasting, execution, metrics, reporting, analysis, appropriations (RDT&E, Procurement, O&M,N) and appropriate use/task, CSPT, Work Assignment Agreements (WAAs), SOWs, Field Activity liaison, NERP functions, horizontal and vertical communications, and OUSD/Navy benchmarks. Recurring/periodic presentations of material to convey status. Functional Description: Conduct quantitative analyses of information affecting investment programs of public or private institutions.
