Training and Development Manager - KS with Security Clearance

Description PWS Position Title: Training and Development Manager Location: Remote Work Clearance Level: Secret Responsibilities (including, but not limited): * S u s t a i n Army Training Readiness Products with focuses on Mission Essential Task Lists (METL). * Conduct a n a l y s i s a nd i n t e g r a t i o n of A r m y and Joint Training Products. * P r o v i d e support to the execution of the Standards for Training Readiness Advisory Group (STRAG) responsibilities. Qualifications * B a c h e l o r ' s Degree i n any field or a graduate of a military service school equivalent to Command and General Staff College, the Sergeant Majors Academy and/or an Army specific specialty course. * Rank of M a j o r (O-4) or Master Sergeant (E-8). * Fi v e (5) + year's general experience in military planning, training, operations, logistics, intelligence, force design/development and capability/training developments. * S erved on the Battalion or Brigade level staff in an operations position. * Active Secret Clearance
