Duties * You will be responsible for tracking and analysis of division/project's cost, schedule and performance. * You will direct division/project efforts and funding to accomplish assigned tasks within specific schedule and funding restraints. * You will provide estimates on manpower needs and schedules and assign work to meet milestones. * You will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of division operations in meeting established goals and objectives. * You will work with stakeholders to secure future year funding and adjust budgets and plans throughout the year to respond to deviations. * You will maintain purchasing logs, financial reports, facility plans, and staffing plans. * You will provide guidance and support to the business financial management personnel assigned to the project to implement approved spend plans. * You will create staffing plans and identify project documentation requirements and procedures. Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes. * This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time. Qualifications DA-04: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level or pay band (DA-03) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following:1) Providing strategic business analysis to enhance workload, resource management, and financial execution across mission areas; 2) Preparing reports that interpret cost, schedule, and performance data; 3) Implementing spend plans in coordination with leadership to address shifting program priorities;4) Utilizing MS Office applications, including Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), PowerPoint (SmartArt), and Word (tables, templates), to support data analysis and reporting. DA-03: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level or pay band (DA-02) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
