Requirements * Bachelor's degree and four (4) years' experience in International Armaments Cooperation (IAC). Ten (10) years of applied security cooperation experience while serving in a uniformed member of the armed forces is acceptable in lieu of a degree. * Must have working knowledge of International Agreements negotiations and requirements for co-development of new technology. * Active Secret clearance is required.
