Business Performance Analyst with Security Clearance

Position Title: Business Performance Analyst Position Type: Full-time Position Location: San Antonio, TX Clearance: TS/SCI w/ Poly Waypoint's client is seeking an experienced Business Performance Analyst to join their growing team. Job Responsibilities Include: * Provide business performance analysis services. * Provide support with overall business assessments * Communicate metrics and score card results * Analyze trends and making recommendations for process improvements. * Assist with implementation of process improvements * Balance all resource requirements and available resources across multiple matrixed initiatives based on portfolio priorities * Coordinate with the COTR and GTMs to appropriately engage resources * Provide direct project management for surge initiatives and stewardship activities * Provide a strategic outlook for all client business areas * Periodically benchmark how industry and other Government agencies are addressing similar issues to those faced by the client. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in any field; high school, vocational school, or trade school diploma and five (5) years' work experience in a similar field may be substituted for degree requirement * Minimum of two (10) years of experience in business management * Minimum of (2) years of experience with Maximo, SharePoint, and Cognos desired
