Enterprise Knowledge Manager with Security Clearance

Position Title: Enterprise Knowledge Manager Position Type: Full-time Position Location: McLean, VA Clearance: TS/SCI w/ Poly Waypoint's client is seeking an experienced Enterprise Knowledge Manager to join their growing team. Job Responsibilities Include: * Implement and maintain program governance across a multi-project IT portfolio * Promote best practice IT development and O&M procedures * Lead IT team members; support the Government in setting expectations, defining roles and responsibilities, providing tactical guidance and/or mentoring as needed * Balance resource requirements and available resources across multiple matrixed initiatives based on portfolio priorities * Coordinate with government leads to appropriately engage non-IT resources * Provide direct project management for surge initiatives and stewardship activities * Support client leadership in the iterative refinement of the IT portfolio vision and resulting initiative prioritization * Define and regularly refine the architecture and resource requirements necessary to achieve vision objectives Requirements: * Five (5) years related experience * Knowledge of management experience * Experience developing Information Technology (IT) strategic plans
