Navy Validator II with Security Clearance

Description:
The Navy Validator II will support an active Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) contract in Philadelphia, PA. * Demonstrates ability to collect, organize, summarize, and report on various data sets.
* Demonstrates familiarity and understanding of all subject areas in A&A.
* Average to above- average familiarity and understanding of Navy RDT&E and business systems, systems and infrastructure.
* Applies Navy A&A guidance to Navy A&A eorts.
* The Intermediate Level Navy Validator works under the supervision of a Fully Qualied Navy Validator.
Pay rate: $100,000 to $140,000 Annually REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: * Active Department of Defense SECRET clearance required.
* Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related IT field.
* Target of 2 years' experience working with Navy A&A.
* Demonstrated experience in MS Oce products, Visio, and scanning software/hardware.
* Knowledge of and experience with evaluating hardware/software functional requirements.
* Demonstrated ability to develop documentation, prepare nal deliverable reports, and destruction of documents, as required.
* Demonstrated experience in strong written and oral communication skills.
* Must possess "Intermediate Level Navy Validator Certicate" from the Navy Certication Authority (CA).
* The Intermediate Level Navy Validator has an excellent understanding of the A&A process but needs additional experience or certications to meet the Fully Qualied Level.
* Four (4) years IA or A&A experience, completed Department of the Navy (DON) and Risk Management Framework (RMF) Validator training course. Hold active Navy Validator Level II Credentials.
