User Experience UX Lead- SCITES Florida with Security Clearance

Description Position Title: User Experience UX Lead Location: Doral, FL Clearance level required: Secret Responsibilities (including but not limited to): * The UX Lead shall define and extract operationally relevant, proactive insights from technical and human-based sensors and drive continuous awareness and understanding of the DAO SOUTHCOM user environment. * Collect and extract data utilizing technical sensors and user feedback to inform operationally relevant and proactive insights to improve the UX. Employ insights to mitigate potential issues. * Provide a proactive and data-driven approach to anticipating and preventing issues before they arise, including incident trending to identify problems, degradations, or outages for immediate escalation or higher-level review. * Operationalize telemetry data in a relevant way to inform leaders at the speed of mission, specifically when degradation of services is actual or anticipated, presenting Courses of Action (COAs) for remediation activities. * Recommend optimization steps regularly to increase user benefits, value, and satisfaction. Qualifications * Be experienced and knowledgeable in creating seamless and integrated digital experiences that meet users' needs and requests. * Be experienced with providing an intuitive and adaptive UX. * Possess experience with employing data-driven methodologies to create a positive customer-centric experience across an organization. * Possess a Secret level security clearance.
