Clearance Level: Active DoD - Secret SUMMARY Strategic Capture Executive that will support Top Agile Defense pursuits. Agile Defense is hiring a Strategic Capture Executive who will pursue our top opportunities. This role will lead the capture lifecycle for these pursuits. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of winning $300M + programs. Experience spanning the DoD and Federal Civilian customer markets is desired. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Execute capture milestones in support of assigned pursuits Work with BD assets to execute call plan and customer engagement activities Lead Gate Review presentations Develop gap analysis and teaming strategy Work with Solution Architects to build differentiated solutions Work with Pricing and PTW to achieve target price Risk management QUALIFICATIONS
Education, Background, and Years of Experience Bachelors Degree 15+ years experience in Strategic Capture across DoD and FEDCIV Strong Technical and Financial Acumen ADDITIONAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Required Skills Microsoft Office WORKING CONDITIONS Environmental Conditions Remote or Hybrid role Strength Demands Sedentary - 10 lbs. Maximum lifting, occasional lift/carry of small articles. Some occasional walking or standing may be required.
