(Logistics Support) * Shall provide a full range of administrative support to intelligence analytic activities to include assisting in the following: receipt, storage, and issue of supplies and equipment; pick-up and delivery; warehouse operations; shipping and receiving; hazardous material management; property disposition; fleet management; inventory management; and classified waste destruction. * Shall update the Logistics SharePoint site on a weekly basis. (Conference Center Support) * Shall conduct pre-event planning, support event execution to include furniture configuration changes, flag placement, administering calendar of events, maintaining and operating audio visual and information technology-related systems, collecting post-event feedback via survey, tracking room utilization for historical comparison, and budget forecasting for the Joint Intelligence Operations Center Central (JIOCCENT) Conference Center. * Produce pre-event planning worksheets. * Maintain the conference event calendar and ensure the calendar is updated daily with approved events, rescheduled events, or cancellations. * Maintain and operate audio visual and information technology and ensure equipment is in working order before each event. (Division Task Management) * Shall review, assign, and monitor official tasks levied via NIPR and SIPR official tasking tools, as well as Community On-Line Intelligence System for End Users and Managers (COLISEUM) Requests for Information (RFIs) for USCENTCOM J2 Offices. Contractor personnel shall make timely decisions on what Branch or Subject Matter Expert should be the lead on a task or RFI and route the task to them. * Shall preview final reports and prepare senior level communications. * Shall enable the Directorate of Intelligence to provide awareness, knowledge, and deep understanding to USCENTCOM CDR, component forces, U.S. Embassy country teams, U.S. Government agencies, and higher headquarters to support the planning, execution of operations, and achievement of USCENTCOM objectives. * Shall network with forces in the USCENTCOM region, components, IC counterparts, and stakeholders to ensure effective external coordination and collaboration; communicate with relevant USCENTCOM Divisions/Directorates to ensure internal intelligence issue coordination; initiate collaborative production/support to plans and operations efforts as appropriate; and coordinate finished production internally and externally. * Shall support the Production Branch's review, assignment, and monitoring of official tasks levied via NIPR and SIPR official tasking tools, as well as COLISEUM Requests for Information (RFIs) for USCENTCOM J2. * Shall determine what office/branch should be the lead on a task or RFI and route the task to them. * Shall preview final reports and prepare senior level communications. * Verify that scheduled daily USCENTCOM J2 production is successfully published to the SOURCE site and collaborate with appropriate stakeholders until any identified issues are resolved. * Search for non-USCENTCOM J2 production of value to USCENTCOM clients for inclusion in daily read books. * Obtain (subject to U.S. Government approval and with U.S. Government support as required), Computer Security (COMPUSEC) cards to transport and deliver iPads (or other specified tablets) across the USCENTCOM campus buildings. * Maintain records of iPads' (other specified tablets') locations for accountability. * Coordinate, process, and track requests for information and staffing actions via USCENTCOM directed systems. * Use U.S. Government tools and systems to create read books, track product feedback from internal and external clients, and track views/metrics associated with readership and use of each product. (OPAMS-Read Book) * Shall support the Production Branch's digital read book program by researching, compiling, and delivering USCENTCOM J2's daily intelligence production to USCENTCOM U.S. and Five Eyes (FVEY) Executive clients (via iPads or other specified tablets) and to over 50,000 clients (via email). * Shall coordinate with and provide support to the J2 Executive Support Team and all other Production Branch functions to ensure the timely publication of all J2 production and associated reports. (Operations) * Shall provide a full range of intelligence and administrative support to assist analysts, engineers, and scientists involved in a variety of intelligence disciplines and activities. * Review documents for accuracy. * Respond to staff requests for assistance accessing, coordinating, consolidating, or formatting documents. * Assist with administration and management of RFIs, task actions, reports, and briefings. * Prepare correspondence and other documents needed to support the management of the program and associated activities. * Create read-ahead documents. * Coordinate with security to ensure guests have appropriate access. * Build read ahead books or material for official functions and meetings. * Provide cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support. (Intelligence Engagements) * Shall assist with design, development, and drafting of reports and Memorandums of Understanding (MOU) concerning intelligence relationships for USCENTCOM J2. * Shall have excellent writing skills and be proficient in commonly used office production applications (Word, PowerPoint, Adobe, etc.). * Shall process, track, and delegate TMT tasks, Joint Staff 136 actions, IC E-tasks, key leader engagement correspondence; and facilitate U.S./partner RFIs with the Joint Staff, Defense Intelligence Agency, other CCMDs, service components, and other stakeholder supported organizations. * Shall assist with logistics, coordination, and execution of USCENTCOM J2 sponsored intelligence engagement events. * Complete Microsoft Excel events tracker on the Non-secure Internet Protocol Router (NIPR) network daily for approved events to include rescheduling or cancellations. * Core hours for this subtask requires onsite support Monday - Friday from 0600-1630. Job Requirements Desired experience: * Desired minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. Desired education: * Desired master's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor's degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master's degree. Security Clearance: * Security clearance required TS/SCI.
