New Equipment Training Officer, Senior Lead with Security Clearance

Overview/ Job Responsibilities Sev1Tech is seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Lead New Equipment Training Officer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the organization's training programs for new equipment implementation. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and shape the training strategy for the evolving technological landscape on our program. Responsibilities: * Leadership and Strategy: Provide strategic leadership in the development and execution of comprehensive training programs for new equipment. Shape the vision for training initiatives and align them with organizational goals. * Program Development: Lead a team of training professionals to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge training programs. Ensure that training materials are innovative, effective, and meet the evolving needs of the organization. * Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including subject matter experts, department heads, and senior management, to understand organizational requirements and tailor training programs accordingly. * Quality Assurance: Implement robust quality assurance processes to assess and enhance the effectiveness of training programs. Conduct regular audits, reviews, and evaluations to ensure high standards are maintained. * Mentor-ship and Development: Provide mentor-ship and guidance to junior training officers. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the training team. * Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and advancements in training methodologies. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall training experience. Minimum Qualifications * Must have a SECRET level clearance * 8 years of Military experience and/or experience in Training and Development, or a related field. * 8 years of experience in training technical communications equipment (i.e.: SATCOM, RF, LAN/WAN) * Extensive experience in designing and leading training programs for new equipment implementation. * Proven leadership experience, including managing a team of training professionals. * Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Desired Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in education, Training and Development, or a related field. * Certification in Training and Development or a relevant professional certification. * Experience in a leadership role within a similar industry.
