Job Description Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for a Dialysis Registered Nurse to work in the Miami VA System - Miami, Florida. Position Highlights: * Weekend, Holiday, Evening and Night Hour Shifts * 12 hour shifts * Generous PTO and 11 paid federal holidays * Give back & care for our Nation's armed forces Position Responsibilities includes but not limited to: * Patient assessment, triage, and monitoring * provides comprehensive nursing care to patients end-stage renal disease who are being maintained by intermittent with hemodialysis and/or peritoneal dialysis in either a chronic unit setting or a critical care/acute care unit setting
* Partners with the patient, family, and interdisciplinary team to promote effective and safe transitions across the health care continuum
