Position Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to provide crucial clinical social work services, including psychotherapy and behavioral interventions, to a diverse population, including military personnel and their families. Minimum Qualifications: * Education:
* Master's or Doctorate Degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program.
* Experience:
* At least 4 years of clinical social work practice within the past 5 years post-licensure.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical psychology practice.
* Expertise in behavioral interventions, crisis management, public speaking, and case management.
* Clinical peer reviews conducted within the past 2 years.
* Licensure:
* Active, unrestricted LCSW license in any U.S. state or territory.
* Certification:
* Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
* Skills:
* Independent practice without supervision.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Familiarity with military culture is a plus. Core Duties: * Conduct psychological evaluations and establish diagnoses using DSM criteria.
* Provide individual and group therapy for patients dealing with medical or surgical issues.
* Assist in patient rehabilitation and manage case work effectively.
* Develop and present training and briefings for leadership.
* Ensure compliance with Army, DHA, and Combatant Command policies on deployment assessments.
