Project Manager with Security Clearance

Quantum Science Solutions (QSS) is supporting a U.S. Government customer on a mission-critical Identity Credential and Access Management (ICAM) Program. QSS seeks an applications-focused Systems Integrator experienced in enterprise identity and access controls, including multi-factor authentication (MFA). In this role, you'll design and implement MFA solutions and collaborate closely with development teams to secure web applications with standardized authentication methods. Responsibilities Include: * Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. * Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring collaboration and effective communication among team members and stakeholders. * Budget Management: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure resource allocation is efficient and effective. * Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact. * Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update stakeholders on project status, milestones, and any issues that arise. * Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with client expectations. * Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate project processes and implement best practices for efficiency and effectiveness. * Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting notes. Required Skills: * Active Secret Clearance * 8 years of experience in project management or a related role. * Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). * Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana). * Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. * PMP or equivalent certification is preferred. Required Education: * Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, or a related field.
