Technical Targeting Analyst IV with Security Clearance

Job Description: We are looking for a Technical Targeting Analyst (TTA) IIII to join our intelligence program supporting a key government customer. TTAs provide research and analysis for industry, infrastructure, technology, country, geographic area, biographic and targeted vulnerabilities. The Technical Targeting Analyst (TTA) IIII shall possess the following capabilities: * Preparing network development and target packages and assessments of current events based on the sophisticated collection, research, and analysis of classified/unclassified and open-source information. * Conducting multi-source intelligence research and creating analytic packages. * Utilizing SIGINT tools, network development tools, and Open-Source Research to develop targeting plans and products supporting defined collection priorities and to identify measures of effectiveness. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or 5 years of relevant customer work experience in lieu of degree. * Direct work experience requisite with Labor Category Level (12-20 years for level 4). * Ability to confidently deliver clear and concise briefings. Desired Qualifications: * Experience in Intelligence Operations / Analysis / Support to Field Operations. * Experience identifying targeting leads through the exploitation of all-source databases. * Experience using customer databases to monitor field traffic and communicate with field offices. * Formal Targeter training and/ or certification. * Ability to multi-task while managing competing priorities and plan and organize tasks independently. * Ability to pose creative solutions to operational challenges. * Overseas experience supporting collection operations and information sharing . Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph.
