HR Operations Analyst with Security Clearance

Duties to include, but are not limited to: * Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to provide the most current progression data to the Aviation and Missile Center (AvMC) HR Execution Team for the recruit-fill process. * Oversee incoming and outgoing personnel within the DEVCOM AvMC Staffing Model and cross-train in the Recruitment, Retention, and Reassignment section of Human Resources. * Leverage expertise in U.S. Army DEVCOM HR recruitment systems to support workforce growth for AvMC's Combat Capabilities Development programs. * Facilitate the onboarding process by providing guidance to incoming government civilian employees and submitting recruitment packages to CPAC for selected candidates. * Gather necessary documentation from AvMC Division Branch Chiefs to complete approved actions. * Meet weekly with Division Chiefs and HR Execution Team staff to provide status updates, address concerns, and ensure transparency in action progress. * Organize data to offer real-time updates on completed actions and next steps. * Coordinate closely with hiring managers and AvMC HR staff to support recruit-fill activities for the subordinate Directorates. * Ensure secure communications and adherence to guidelines for handling Personal Identifiable Information (PII) and sensitive program information. Skills you will need... Desired Experience: * Must have an active and transferable DoD security clearance with current investigation at the required level. Must be able to maintain the required clearance. * Bachelor's Degree preferred. * Minimum of 2 years relevant HR experience * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite #CJ
