Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking a Junior Java Developer to support our work with a federal client. This is a fully on-site role Colorado Springs, CO, requiring you to spend a portion of the time onsite. This position is open to U.S. Citizens ONLY. Candidates must have an ACTIVE Final Secret Security Clearance. In this role, you will: * Develop web and backend applications/services for credentialing/asset management systems using Java/Spring-based REST APIs and a Web 2.0 framework.
* Collaborate with a team of developers building next-generation customer engagement systems for federal service agencies.
* Be responsible for creating and implementing software solutions using AngularJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and Java.
REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have: * 2+ years of Java development experience to build enterprise applications
* 1+ year of experience using Java development tools (e.g., Eclipse, JUnit, Git)
Preferred Skills: * Experience in a large-scale Federal IT Program
* Experience with SAFe Agile framework
Education: Bachelors Salary: 90,000 - $100,000, Dependent on experience
