Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential need for a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at the Palo Alto VA Medical Center with opportunities to work at the following locations: * Menlo Park, CA
* Palo Alto, CA
* Livermore, CA

* Current BLS Certification
* 2 Years of Clinical Experience
* U.S. Citizenship
* High School Diploma Key Responsibilities: Direct Patient Care (90% of the time): * Deliver comprehensive nursing assistant services comparable to those in top-tier civilian medical facilities.
* Collaborate effectively with patients, families, and physicians to ensure high-quality care.
* Provide care at all stages, adhering to VA and Joint Commission standards.
* Operate and maintain medical equipment necessary for care delivery.
* Educate patients and their families on health and wellness topics.
Administrative Duties (10% of the time): * Participate in quality improvement activities and meetings.
* Complete quality assurance and performance improvement documentation.
* Maintain adherence to infection control standards and ensure patient safety.
* Accurately document care in the electronic medical record system. Work Schedule: * Full-Time | 40 hours per week
* Flexible shifts available between 7:00 AM and 12:00 AM
* Sample shifts include:
* 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
* 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
* 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
* 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
* 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM
* 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM
* 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
