As a Contract Specialist/PD2 Sys Admin at RedSky, you will support a DoD customer by acting as a Standard Procurement System (SPS) Procurement Desktop-Defense (PD2) System Administrator. To thrive, you should have: Active Top-Secret Security Clearance with SCI Eligibility and a CompTIA Security + certification
Bachelor's degree and 3+years of related work experience; or equivalent practical experience CompTIA Security+ Experience with DoD Contracting, Acquisition, or Financial Management systems
Sybase SQL script writing
Proficiency in base-level support of the following IT applications: Standard Procurement System (SPS), Procurement Desktop Defense (PD2), Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), and Microsoft Office Suite of applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and Adobe Acrobat
Ability to travel occasionally to DoD sites (CONUS) for support Responsibilities as the Contract Specialist/PD2 Sys Admin include: Deliver training and support for DoD end-users on electronic business applications, including the Standard Procurement System (SPS) and related business tools
Perform system administration tasks, run scripts, troubleshoot issues, monitor error logs, and escalate problems to the SPS Helpdesk as necessary
Collaborate with the COR on data calls, evaluations, and ad hoc reports, including writing custom reports using tools like Cognos and SPS reporting features
Notify the COR of non-compliance with acquisition regulations and provide occasional functional contracting guidance
