SPAARK, Inc is seeking a Help Desk Support Service Specialist to provide IT functional support to our Department of the Army customer at Raven Rock Mountain Complex (RRMC). PROGRAM SUMMARY: * SPAARK maintains the continuity capabilities for the Headquarters, Department of the Army, Deputy Chief of Staff G3/5/7 Asymmetric Warfare Office at three pre-planned Emergency Relocation Facilities. This mission is focused on effectively developing, operating, maintaining, and improving the continuity C2 processes for the Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA) staff in support of the Secretary of the Army (SECARMY) and Chief of Staff Army (CSA) COOP program and systems. JOB DUTIES: * IT Technicians are responsible for IT functionality provided to the Army users at the Raven Rock Mountain Complex (RRMC). In concert with Government IT, ensures that operational readiness of all offices and workspaces, and IT/Communications hardware and systems in direct support of the Army Operations Center (AOC) personnel at the Site. Position Requirements EXPERIENCE: * Three (3) to Five (five) years of experience in IT system Tier 1 & 2administration. CLEARANCE LEVEL: * TS/SCI eligible CERTIFICATION: * Information Assurance Technician (IAT) level 1: (A+ CE, Network+ CE, SSCP or CCNA Security) EDUCATION: * Associates of Science Degree in Network Support, Network Administration, Security or equivalent Equal Opportunity Employer, including veterans and individuals with disabilities
