Description:
Tecolote is searching for an Earned Value Management Analyst to provide EVM Cost and Schedule support to our government customers, to include Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) monthly compliance analysis. Skills/Experience Required: 24 semester hours of quantitative course work (mathematics, statistics, engineering, physics, chemistry, etc.) to include three hours of college level calculus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint)
Knowledge of DoD acquisition processes, regulations, and best practices pertaining to EVM
Two years of Earned Value Management (EVM) and Program Control experience, preferably with the Department of Defense or commercial aerospace programs in addition to familiarity with systems engineering principles and practices, experience with large-scale development and test programs, risk analysis, and cost estimating
Applicants must demonstrate analytic and presentation skills, be proficient with EVM systems software tools, such as wInsight, and possess extensive knowledge of EVM industry standards and practices
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00/Year, DOE Responsibilities: Work closely with Government Program Office teams and contractors
Support the management of major DOD programs
Perform EVM and schedule analysis
Participate in Integrated Baseline Review (IBR) activities
Prepare briefings, management plans, and technical reports for the customer
Instruct/mentor project officers on EVM policies, processes and procedures Education:
Bachelors degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
