HOW A SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR ADVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Assist in the restoration of files\profiles and mailboxes using backup applications Netbackup, Avamar, Commvault Willing to work in Data Center to facilitate tape movements for data restores. Assist customers with file management, profile standards and e-mail organization
Profile and permission structure knowledge
Resolution and ticket handling awareness to align to SLA obtainment WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree
Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience
Required Technical Skills: Basic computer
Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly
Required Skills and Abilities: Critical thinker, Quick Learner, Detail Oriented, and Organizational skills
Preferred Skills: Ability to work well independently, Verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and technical support
Location: On Site
US Citizenship Required Security + Shift: Tuesday - Saturday 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm GDIT IS YOUR PLACE:
