Job Number 683485BR Description: You will be the Global Supply Chain Regulatory Compliance Manager for the Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) Business Area. Our team is responsible for managing the regulatory requirements necessary to maintain an approved Purchasing System. What You Will Be Doing
As the Global Supply Chain Regulatory Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team that supports regulatory compliance and driving process improvements to ensure adherence to federal and state regulations. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to maintain a compliant Purchasing System and support the development of procurement professionals. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing guidance and direction to procurement professionals on procurement actions, referencing the FAR, DFARS, and Company policies and procedures Assisting with efforts to prepare and support government-conducted Contractor Purchasing System Reviews (CPSR) Mentoring and training less experienced professionals on contractual guidance Interpreting federal and state/international regulations as they apply to products, financial processes, and other processes Developing and implementing programs to increase employee awareness and knowledge of compliance policies Auditing and evaluating current policies, procedures, and documentation for compliance with government regulations Resolving contract issues using independent judgment and creativity Interfacing with Global Supply Chain, Legal Department, and Mid/Senior level corporate management Driving execution improvements through analysis of metrics and implementing AI strategies Why Join Us

Basic Qualifications:
Working understanding of the FAR and DFARS
Excellent Customer services and problem solving skills
Ability to advise procurement professionals as they develop moderate to complex, non-routine contractual instruments
Regulatory Compliance or Supply Chain Management experience in the defense industry
Awareness of Supply Chain tools/systems
Proven track record of solving complex procurement problems
Working to excellent knowledge of corporate supply chain policies and procedures, coupled with ability to identify required improvement to established policies and ensure compliance with the appropriate statutes and regulations
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Ability to excel in upper level management environment
Secret Level Clearance or ability to gain one
Desired Skills:
Experience writing and editing Command Media
Lockheed Martin Subcontract Administration or Subcontract Management experience
Experience interfacing with Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), Audit Agency (DCAA) and internal auditors
Contractor Purchasing System Review experience
Experience with the Lockheed Martin Acquisition
Working to expert knowledge of contracting concepts, applicable public contract acquisition law and regulations, and applicable international contract law
Knowledge of Lockheed Martin P2P, SAP systems and SharePoints
Excellent presentation, leadership and team-building skills
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
