Sr. knowledge Manager Description: (CIP) * Shall provide Knowledge Manager support with demonstrated proficiency in managing a CIP using tools including, but not limited to, FADE Mist, Bodhi, Thresher, Watchbox, Intelbook, Maven Smart System, and Chat surfer. * Knowledge Manager should be steeped in all-source analytic techniques, to include Object Based Production (OBP), with a strong background in and knowledge of SIGINT, OPIR, and GEOINT. * Track all threat air, land, sea, and space activity in the USCENTCOM AOR maintaining situational awareness for the Command. * Manage complex NRT alert criteria related to heightened focus areas and time-windows for active threat streams throughout the USCENTCOM AOR. * Provide analysis to and the context of threat data being integrated into the Commander's Common Operational Picture (COP). * Support the development and promulgation of CIP policy and Object Management Services (OMS) for all components and elements operating in theater. * Shall be available to support shifts on a 24/7 watch rotation to the Command JOC during routine and crisis operations requiring surge support. Crises may require surge support outside of the normal 24/7 Joint Operations Center (JOC) Watch requirement. (OPAMS) * Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and understanding of the labor category activities required to meet mission requirements. * Demonstrate mastery of qualitative/quantitative analytic methodologies and pursue developments in academia or other fields that affect tradecraft methodology. * Demonstrate ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks. * Demonstrate in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries, as well as, clearly articulate key findings. * Demonstrate the ability to work independently and with minimal oversight. * Demonstrate ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions; routinely test analytic rigor of analytic products. (GIS) Data Manager) * Shall monitor, collect, and maintain all data capable of being geospatially enabled in an organized, accessible architecture across NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS networks. Knowledge managers will format the data for geospatial visualization platforms such as ArcMap, ArcPro, ArcGlobe, Google Earth, QGIS, Palantir Raven, SOCCET GXP, ERDAS, and RemoteView covering areas that coincide with USCENTCOM AOR and AOI. * GIS knowledge managers must be capable of using all sources of intelligence to provide maximum support to USCENTCOM J2 civilians and military members. * Data must be available at all times to support high OPTEMPO real-world operations in real time. * Monitor, collect, and maintain all data capable of being geospatially enabled in an organized architecture. * Preserve foundational data accessible to all USCENTCOM personnel to aid in the creation of mapping products and visualization support provided to the USCENTCOM J2 and USCENTCOM CDR. * Maintain over 50TB of data across USCENTCOM AOR and AOI for NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS to support operations. * Assess database functionally for constant availability to support high OPTEMPO real-world operations. * Conduct quality control and checks for accuracy and current data in the USCENTCOM AOR. * Maintain multiple Geospatial Visualization platforms such as ArcMap, ArcPro, ArcGlobe, Google Earth, QGIS, Palantir Raven, SOCCET GXP, ERDAS, and RemoteView. * Demonstrate proficiency in data formation to ingest into each geospatial visualization platform. * Search various sources of intelligence to provide maximum support to USCENTCOM J2 government civilians and military members. * Improve and maintain all online repositories of USCENTCOM including the Portal and data displays for the entire command on three networks (JWICS, SIPR, NIPR). * Possess proficiency in programming languages to simplify complex autolytical geospatial task. * Automate geospatial production essential to the USCENTCOM CDR and enable geospatial analysts to quickly produce Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), which increases continuity across the Community. * Educate and train geospatial analysts in modeling, Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), and other programming languages. (Web Designer- Web Services) * Shall provide Web Designer support to building User Interfaces and User Experiences supporting USCENTCOM J2 projects. Web Designers should have demonstrated proficiency in one or some design software such as CSS, Bootstrap, and Adobe Creative Suite. * Coordinate with project stakeholders and developers to gather user requirements. * Design graphic elements and build navigation components with user interface and user experience (UI/UX) in mind. * Identify and troubleshoot UX problems as necessary. * Build well-designed, smart user interfaces and innovative data visualization using applications such as CSS, Bootstrap, and Adobe Creative Suite. * Plan and execute intuitive and effective flows and experience in support of IT systems, programs, and processes. * Provide support in illustrating ideas to include graphic designs, sketches, storyboards, process flows, and site maps. * Be responsible for gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements, and building navigation components in IT systems. * Have the ability to identify and troubleshoot UX problems. * Have strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and proven experience showing clear understanding of the intersection between user needs, technology requirements, and business goals. (Web Developer- Web Services) * Shall provide Web Developer support for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications/sites, to include SharePoint development. * Web Developers should have demonstrated proficiency in most if not all of the following: Classic ASP, JS, Visual Basic (VB) Script, HTML, C#, and additional experience with frameworks Angular and Angular JS. * Design, develop, and maintain web applications written in Classic ASP, VB Script, Java, and HTML. * Develop and maintain SharePoint based applications written for SharePoint server hosting and SharePoint REST Application Programming Interfaces (API) to add, update, and delete records from SharePoint list. * Applies Internet Information Services (IIS) based skills to ensure compatibility with IIS as a hosting platform. * Have experience standing up web servers in a cloud environment. * Be able to manage a web server in a cloud environment. Job Requirements Desired experiences : * Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. Desired education: * Master's Degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education: or have a bachelor's degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related Senior experience for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the master's degree. Security Clearance: * Security clearance required TS/SCI with CI POLY or the ability to obtain CI POLY.
