Description:
ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Configuration Management Analyst to join our team in the Lexington Park, MD. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * With supervision by more senior staff this position will collect, complete, organize, and interpret data relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs.
* Responsible for maintaining configuration control of acquisition products and data.
* Track configuration changes.
* Coordinates and supports development of ECPs.
* Support program briefings as they pertain to configuration management. Minimum Qualifications: * A Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) in a Business, Technical, or Scientific area is required.
* A minimum of two (2) years of recent experience relevant to management, technical or business analysis disciplines is required.
* An Associate of Arts (AA) or Associate of Science (AS) in a Business, Technical, or Scientific area plus four (4) additional years of recent and relevant experience, for a total of six (6) years of recent and relevant experience, may be substituted for the Bachelor degree.
* Demonstrated experience in analyzing program/project status and providing applicable/standard documentation to support is required.
* Must have experience working in Microsoft products, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with Navy aviation systems.
* Experience with NAVAIR data management systems.
* Required to be onsite 5 days a week. Clearance Requirements: * Must be a US Citizen and a Secret clearance is required to start. Physical Requirements: * Tasking is primarily computer based. The person in this position must be able to operate and perform tasking on a PC.
* Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers, Customers, and management through email, phone, and other virtual communication methods (e.g. TEAMS).
