Description:
ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Operations Research Analyst to join our team in Lexington Park, MD. This is an onsite position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Studying & analyzing technological challenges related to engineering/scientific development of processes, systems, and equipment
* Designing and executing procedures for experiments, tests, and evaluations
* Utilizing mathematical and computerized modeling and other analytical techniques
* Providing results of analysis in report/presentation format to client stakeholders and decision makers
* May provide direction to junior level analysts Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in a Management, Technical, or Scientific area
* 3+ years of relevant experience in an Engineering or Operations Analysis position
* Experience utilizing Microsoft products, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with Navy aircraft and weapon systems Clearance Requirements: * US Citizenship and an active Secret clearance is required to perform work on this contract Physical Requirements: * Tasking is primarily computer based.
* The person in this position must be able to operate and perform tasking on a PC.
* Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers, customers, and management through email, phone, and other virtual communication methods.
