Senior Financial Analyst
Job Location: HQ DISA Ft. Meade, MD.
Position Type: Full-Time/Regular enGenius Consulting Group Inc is looking for a Financial Analyst to provide assistance within the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). This support includes, but is not limited to: Analyze, summarize, and identify trends and issues relating to budget execution, including development of Spend Plans and tracking of expenditures. Review and prepare funding packages for appropriated funds (O&M, Procurement and RDT&E) using IE Financial Tracking System and DAI. Evaluate funding guidance and resource levels for adequacy in supporting program mission and objectives. Review and assess impact of changes in both functional and financial regulations, policies, and guidance.
Consult management on budget strategies and techniques and use of financial management products. Mandatory Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in financial field
Active TOP SECRET/SCI security clearance required.
Minimum 8 years of financial management experience
Minimum 4 years of DoD financial management experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Ability to work on site in a SCIF 5 days a week Additional Qualifications (Desired): Working knowledge of DODPPBE processes, with emphasis on execution functions and funding packages for Appropriated Funds.
Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) experience desired. Required Experience: Minimum4 years relatedbudgetexperience in DoD (related experience in other organizations will be considered).
