PROGRAM MANAGER - (678) with Security Clearance

Program Manager EPS Corporation is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a technical team providing enterprise support for the Shaw AFB the ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, leadership, and compliance with government regulations. Responsibilities: * Provide comprehensive, proactive, and integrated program management to ensure compliance with government requirements. * Oversee contract execution, ensuring quality assurance and leadership across all tasks. * Manage contractor personnel, including subcontractors and teaming partners, to meet mission objectives. * Attend Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and coordinate with government stakeholders, including the Contracting Officer (CO) and government Program Manager (PM). * Participate in meetings, briefings, and reporting requirements as requested by the government. * Develop and provide monthly status reports on contract performance and deliverables. Requirements Qualifications: * 3+ years of experience in program management. * PMP certification is required * Top Secret/SCI clearance is mandatory. * Strong knowledge of contract negotiations, cost estimating, and program analysis. * Experience in enterprise-level program management within a DoD environment. * Familiarity with MS Project or similar management tools. * Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams, including subcontractors.
