Mid-Level Imagery Analyst is supporting in evaluating the visual quality of imagery for new systems and to quantify the changes in product quality of existing products due to system changes. Candidates will need to work on various sensors (PAN, IR, MSI, SAR, FMV, etc.) and products. Knowledge or experience in imagery exploitation, artifact/anomaly identification, and quality scales is a benefit to the position. This position is critical to supporting exploitation operations by improving the quality and functionality of imagery systems used by our customer. Duties may include: * Sensor modeling; decomposing product formation elements to quantify the overall quality of the image chain * Algorithm assessment to quantify the performance of a product given desire mission application * Performing baseline assessment of system performance to support sensor initialization * Operational monitoring of system performance over time * Responding to detected errors and artifacts by recommending possible causes and corrective actions Education and Experience Required: * 5+ years in Imagery analysis experience in the Intelligence Community at the national level. * Knowledge of soft copy exploitation functionalities * Strong written and oral communication skills * Knowledge of RemoteView, IEC, SOCET GXP, and other imagery display software, and common office software to include PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, word processing * Knowledge of the intelligence collection process * Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team * Willingness to learn, solve problems and perform in a dynamic work environment * SAR exploitation expertise * Testing experience * Understanding and application of image quality standards (e.g. NIIRS), scales, metrics and image quality equations. * Knowledge of NSG tasking, collection, processing, exploitation and dissemination (TCPED) image chain * Knowledge of sensor imaging systems, products, and exploitation processes DesiredBachelor's degree Training: * Attended either an Imagery Geospatial Intelligence Training Program or DoD equivalent Security Clearance: * Active TS/SCI Clearance and the willingness to sit for a CI polygraph, if needed IC-CAP provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status.
