Dean | Fluor System Administrator 1 with Security Clearance

Overview In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and testing Physical Access Control, CCTV, PSIM, and Integrated Electronic Systems. This position is maintained at a single work location in the Augusta, GA area. Candidates must be flexible in schedule, neat in appearance, and able to communicate professionally with customers and coworkers. Punctuality, attendance, a willingness to learn, and an ability to work well with others are key to success in this role. Responsibilities * Manage physical security system support to meet service level agreements. * Analyze physical security system performance and recommend improvements. * Resolve complex system issues for physical security systems and networks. * Triage customer support calls, providing Tier 1 help desk support and Tier 2 escalation as needed. * Communicate with customers, manufacturers, vendors, and technical specialists. * Train system users and other system support personnel as needed. * Analyze and modify preventive maintenance checklists for system changes. * Troubleshoot system performance issues and implement corrective actions. * Perform preventive maintenance actions including system back-ups, error log reviews, database size analysis, and integrity checks. * Organize and prepare detailed documentation of system performance, including service request records, and analysis. * Perform desktop hardware and operating system set-up, imaging software loading, and antivirus updates. * Implementation of Server and Workstation patching and STIG remediation * Perform all duties with minimal direct supervision. Qualifications * Please note that in pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires U.S. Citizenship and an active TS/SCI * Education: Computer Science, Engineering Degree or a Related Technical Discipline * Bachelor's Degree and 0-2 Years of progressive experience or * Associate degree and 4-6 Years of progressive experience or * HS Diploma or Equivalent and 6-8 Years of progressive experience * Requires system administrator experience in performing triage on system problems, resolving system problems, analyzing system data to prevent problems, and implementing new workstations, and system extensions. * Requires 2 + years of experience programming/administrating Physical Access Control Systems. * Requires previous experience in effectively managing teams of 2 -10 employees. * Requires an understanding of Windows patching and vulnerability remediation. * Requires advanced knowledge of Windows active directory hierarchy and implementation. * Requires basic knowledge of large-scale networking, VLANS, and routing. * Requires reliable attendance at customer site during work hours required by customer. * Requires the ability to work flexible shifts that include nights, weekends and holidays as needed. * Requires minimal travel. * Requires a minimum of Security + Certification, CASP, or CISSP certification preferred. * Strong oral, written, and presentation skills. * Demonstrated background working with multidisciplinary teams. * Demonstrated time management and organization skills to meet deadlines and quality objectives. * Strong MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills. Desired / Advantageous Qualifications: * Certification\\Experience in CCure 9000 Access Control System. * Certification\\Experience in AMAG Access Control System. * Certification\\Experience in BOSCH BVMS. * Microsoft SQL Server Query writing and management experience. * Experience troubleshooting and maintaining Microsoft Server (2012,2016). * Install and load system operating software. * Experience programming/administrating Access Control Systems of any type. * Experience with installation, troubleshooting, and testing of security electronics equipment.
