Candidate MUST possess a TS/SCI clearance with Intel Polygraph Overview: The IT program Manager will, with Sponsor oversight, support managing the sponsor's technical program, scope, schedule, budget, risks, and communication. IT Program ManagerThe Sponsor provides highly-technical centralized Information Technology systems data that enables and transforms Cyber, IT, and Insight Operations through a comprehensive, Al-driven ecosystem, ensuring partners stay ahead of emerging threats and optimize resources for data-driven success. The sponsor's solutions include advanced threat detection, real-time monitoring, automation, predictive analytics, and compliance strategies, empowering partners to outpace competitors, improve performance, and adapt in an evolving digital landscape. The Sponsor requires specialized support in systems development modernization of the Information Technology systems data ecosystem. The scope of the work includes Program/project Management, Data Engineering, Machine Learning, Architect/Engineering, and Cloud Engineering. The Contractor Team will work within and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions, including innovation efforts for modernization and evolution of core infrastructure, platform, and data lake house. The IT program Manager will, with Sponsor oversight, support managing the sponsor's technical program, scope, schedule, budget, risks, and communication. They will create customer-facing dashboard presentations and maintain system requirements, development process documentation, and monitor report generation and delivery. 1.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience with facilitation across multi-contractor and staff teams, 2.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience collaborating with project teams or multiple entities to define project requirements and acceptance criteria. 3.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience monitoring project progress, identifying roadblocks, and implementing mitigation strategies. 4.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience with cybersecurity, IT systems, and A&A processes, 5.(Desired) Demonstrated experience with proficiency in complex multi-network and security enclave environments. 6.(Desired) Demonstrated experience with Sponsor's accreditation and security, including security controls, system hardening, and compliance requirements. 7.(Desired) Demonstrated experience with JIRA or another ticketing system for task tracking. 8.(Desired) Demonstrated experience or familiarity with DevOps lifecycle and ability to coordinate requirements with development teams. 9.(Desired) Demonstrated experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies for software development. 10.(Desired) Demonstrated experience with technical proficiency in Linux system administration and DevOps tools. 11.(Desired) Demonstrated experience in software engineering, cloud computing, data management, and system integration 12.(Desired) Demonstrated experience with understanding cloud platforms (AWS, OCI, Azure, or GCP) and best practices for cloud-based services and security. 13.(Desired) Demonstrated experience with Sponsorls technology, mission, and business systems, as well as architectural vision. 14.(Desired) Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
