Think deep-diving into troubleshooting and keeping things running smoothly. UNIX/Windows Expertise: They need someone comfortable configuring and managing both UNIX and Windows systems, including OS installation, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. Perfect for your background! Network Know-How: You'll be working with network components, ensuring their integrity, and implementing enhancements. Tier 1 & 2 Support: You'll be a key player in problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution, handling everything from initial help desk inquiries to escalated issues. Your analytical skills will shine here. Hardware Troubleshooting: You'll be involved in resolving hardware problems, including the dispatch system, seeing issues through to the end.
