Facility Operations Analyst with Security Clearance

Facility Operations Analyst Location: Fort Bragg Duration: 1/1/2025 - 4/1/2025 Clearance: Secret Work Schedule: 5/40 Pay: $31/ HR As the Central Utility Plant Maintenance Operator your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: * Performs repairs, maintenance, adjustments, modifications, inspections, and preventive maintenance on: * Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems * Refrigeration systems * Plumbing * Pipefitting * Electrical wiring systems * Serves as operator and repairman of the facility utility plant with shift responsibility on a regular and recurring basis * Maintains all utility systems and computers with controls, taking actions to shut down and bring up systems as necessary Basic Qualifications: * Must have expert knowledge and understanding in reading and executing Engineering drawings and specifications for the existing equipment and new equipment installation. * Must have expert knowledge about electrical and mechanical upgrades available on the market. Demonstrates independent modifications to existing and new equipment. * Conducts independent market research for proper equipment type, energy efficiency/security, and budget information required for final purchase of equipment. * Routinely provides independent solutions to time sensitive mission requirements. * Proficient/Expert on DOD and Military training and equipment requirements in a unique environment. Desired Skill: * Certifications in Electrical Engineering or Maintenance. #CHO
