Deputy Program Manager (5720) with Security Clearance

As Deputy Program Manager, you'll support the Program Manager in leading cross-functional teams specializing in architecture development, solutions, and data analysis, informing the architecture and implementation of business processes, programs, plans and guidance for DOD logistics systems. What you'll do: * Directs the technical project management function. * Develops and establishes strategic project management and quality standards and methods that ensure on-time and in-scope delivery. * Guides the development of technical estimates, work plans, methodologies, and deliverables. * Builds project delivery team skills and capacity. * Removes obstacles and negotiates with stakeholders. * Manages and mitigates risk in all projects. Has deep and broad knowledge of technology. * Supports the Program Manager in everyday tasks and functions. What you'll need to succeed: * Active DoD Secret security clearance * Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Business Administration, or equivalent experience. * 7+ years overall Program Management experience. * 7+ years' experience with operational and technical requirements management for enterprise level logistics systems. * 7+ years' experience in a network operations or IT operations center. infrastructure, and emerging technologies * 3+ years' experience overseeing Agile software development. * You currently hold the following certifications: Program Management Professional, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (or Certified Information Security Manger), and ITIL4 Foundations. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
