Requirements Evaluation & Design (RED) Team Lead with Security Clearance

GCyber is seeking a Requirements Evaluation & Design (RED) Team Lead, to support a high profile DISA customer. As a Requirements Evaluation & Design (RED) Team Lead, you will drive the assessment, planning, and implementation of IT solutions. As a Requirements Evaluation & Design (RED) Team Lead, you will: * Lead the RED team in assessing IT requirements, designing solutions, and executing projects in alignment with organizational goals and DoD standards. * Evaluate IT systems and infrastructure, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategic technology enhancement plans. * Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful delivery while preparing cost estimates and proposals for senior management. * Mentor and guide team members in best practices, fostering collaboration and technical excellence. * Act as the primary liaison between IT, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring clear communication and project alignment. Minimum Qualifications and Experience: * Active DoD Secret security clearance * Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer sciences, business management, or related field * 5+ years as a Lead Project Manager * 5+ years in DoD IT environment * Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
