Rapid Response Team Lead with Security Clearance

GCyber is seeking a Rapid Response Team Lead, to support a high profile DISA customer. As a Rapid Response Team Lead, you will maintain the integrity, security, and efficiency of networking infrastructures, ensuring compliance with engineering standards. As a Rapid Response Team Lead, you will: * Lead the Rapid Response Team in identifying, assessing, and mitigating cybersecurity incidents with urgency and expertise. * Develop and refine incident response protocols, ensuring alignment with the latest cybersecurity standards and emerging threats. * Oversee network asset documentation, configuration management, and the CMDB to support IT and security operations. * Conduct simulation exercises and incident analyses to enhance response effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. * Collaborate with intelligence teams and stakeholders while ensuring ongoing training for the team to stay ahead of evolving threats. Minimum Qualifications and Experience: * Active DoD Top Secret/SCI security clearance * Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer sciences, business management, or related field * 3+ years as a Lead Project Manager * 3+ years in a DoD IT environment * Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
