Inside/Outside Plant (OSP) Manager with Security Clearance

GCyber is seeking an Inside/Outside Plant (OSP) Manager, to support a high profile DISA customer. As an Inside/Outside Plant (OSP) Manager, you will ensure the reliability and efficiency of the telecommunications infrastructure with a secure environment. As an Inside/Outside Plant (OSP) Manager, you will: * Lead the planning, design, and implementation of inside and outside plant cabling infrastructure, ensuring compliance with industry and DoD standards. * Oversee projects for the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of fiber optic and copper cabling, including aerial and underground systems. * Supervise technicians and contractors, ensuring quality work, budget adherence, and timely project completion. * Conduct site surveys, develop project scopes, and maintain detailed documentation, including engineering diagrams and reports. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, manage OSP inventory, and provide technical expertise for troubleshooting and infrastructure maintenance. Minimum Qualifications and Experience: * Active DoD Top Secret/SCI security clearance * Bachelor's Degree in related field * 3+ years of relevant experience * Rapid Response Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) Certification
