Athenix Financial Analyst with Security Clearance

Athenix Solutions Group is looking for Financial Analyst in the McLean, VA area. Do you have skills and experience in some of the following areas? * Designing, implementing, and reporting to support the use of funds and subsequent reporting * Monitoring and providing analysis of spending trends, obligation, and execution rates * Performing the day-to-day processing of budget for committing, obligating and expensing funds * Preparing supporting documents for budget exercises, over guidance, unfunded calls, and reprogramming * Preparing briefings, budget, spend plans and programmatic activities to support reporting requirements * Implementing processes and procedures supporting SLA establishment as well as expert guidance on contractual requirements, obligations, and funding tenure * Reconcile spend plans with actuals and planned expenditures and recommend options to address potential over or underutilization of resources * Performing short-term and long-term financial trend analysis * Designing, implementing, and improving processes and procedures for planning out-year budgeting * Supporting the development and drafting of contributions to the Congressional Budget Justification Book and related planning exercises Minimum Requirements * Active Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph is required * 12 years of experience supporting the Sponsor and/or Sponsor Agency formulating and executing budget and monitoring all phases of the spend plan process, to include reprogramming funds, proactively identifying areas of concern, and identifying and implementing solutions * Demonstrated experience using Sponsor Agency specific applications for budget monitoring and execution * Demonstrated experience performing day-to-day processing and monitoring of budget using the Sponsor Agency systems to commit, obligate and expense funds * Demonstrated experience developing and producing budget and finance reports to effectively communicate information about complex resource and mission data Athenix Solutions Group, LLC and its companies Athenix Cyber and SIGINT, and Athenix Special Missions is an equal opportunity employer, including disability and protected veteran status.
