Exercise Planner/Trainer for Continuity with Security Clearance

SPAARK is seeking an Exercise Planner/Trainer for Continuity to join the United States Department of Housing and Urban Developments (HUD) location in Washington, DC. The Exercise Planner/Trainer for Continuity. Supports the planning, conduct, and evaluation of HUD continuity, testing all Departmental systems and infrastructure to ensure performance of Mission Essential Functions (MEF). JOB DUTIES: * Develops Tabletop Exercises (TTXs). * Supports the planning, conduct, and evaluation of HUD continuity, devolution, distributed and reconstitution exercises. * Supports testing of all Departmental systems and infrastructure to ensure performance of Mission Essential Functions (MEF). * Effectively communicating, both orally and in writing, and to present well-considered and sound suggestions that provide a clear understanding of emergency situations and incidents to ensure effective communications and decision-making during a crisis. * Presenting findings and recommendations, both orally and in writing to internal and external audiences. * Developing solutions to resolve program issues or changing requirements. * Developing a comprehensive TT&E Program in accordance with FPC 66, Test, Training, and Exercise (TT&E) Program for Continuity of Operations (COOP) * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams Position Requirements EXPERIENCE: * Three (3) years relevant experience CLEARANCE LEVEL: * Top Secret/SCI Clearance Equal Opportunity Employer, including veterans and individuals with disabilities
