Workforce Management (WFM) Systems Analyst Hybrid Work, Washington Navy Yard, Washington DC Active or Interim Secret Clearance is required @Orchard LLC is retained by a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) with a growing portfolio of government clients, to find an experienced Workforce Management (WFM) Analyst to support a major project at NAVSEA in support of the recently re-launched Sustainment Directorate (SEA 06), located at the Washington Navy Yard. This will be a role with a flexible hybrid work schedule but will require time onsite every week. Navy and other veterans are encouraged to consider this role as they will bring a unique perspective to the workforce management aspect. As the WFM Analyst, you will be responsible for. * Providing professional, technical, and systems engineering support to execute corporate operations, total force technology, and initiatives related to Information Systems (IS) and Data Management (DM). * Assisting in evaluating, analyzing, and providing recommendations on all IS processes and data storage solutions associated with the creation and submission of civilian manpower budgets and exhibits. * Providing IS and technical support to SEA06 by ensuring that the Navy ERP is aligned with data maintained in other WFM systems including, but not limited to, Total Force Manpower Management System (TFMMS), Officer Personnel Information System (OPIS), Navy Enlisted System (NES), Total Workforce Management Services (TWMS), Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS), Defense Civilian Payroll System (DCPS), relevant NAVSEA SharePoint sites, etc. Your background will include the following. * Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active or interim Secret Clearance. * At least 4 years of Workforce Management experience, including within the DOD. * 2+ years of experience with Navy ERP and relevant systems such as TFMMS, OPIS, NES, TWMS, DCPDS, and/or DCPS. * Bachelor's degree in IT or a relevant field. * Preferred: A workforce management such as; Certified Workforce Management Professional (CWMP) and/or specific WFM software certifications e.g. (but not limited to) Oracle WFM Cloud, Genesys Cloud CX, etc. * Strong technical skills with WFM software and tools, essential to understanding data analysis, forecasting, and scheduling technologies. * Strong Systems Engineering skills to advance the integration of WFM systems with other corporate systems. * Strong knowledge of DM and IS processes. * Proven ability to provide strategic recommendations and solutions. * Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint This position is anticipated to pay a base compensation between $59K and $94K based on experience and fit for the role.
