Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations on construction sites for nearly 50 skilled trades people.
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide project execution.
Manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship.
Collaborate with inhouse work crews, subcontractors and suppliers to coordinate project activities.
Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and promote a safe working environment.
Prepare reports on project status, including updates on scheduling and budgeting.
Qualifications
Proven experience in construction management or a related field.
Able to work with your tools while still managing crews
Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics.
Familiarity with construction tools and equipment.
Excellent organizational skills with experience in Project scheduling and budgeting.
Proficient in using construction management software such as Bluebeam and Microsoft project.
Strong understanding of quality control processes within the construction industry.
Ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
