TQI Solutions is actively seeking a collaborative and skilled Senior Project Management Analyst to join our dedicated team. As a key contributor, you will provide crucial support to our esteemed client located in Norfolk, VA. Responsibilities: Formulate and define systems scope and objectives based on user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements. Document requirements and translate them into system specifications. Apply comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments. Plan and lead major technology assignments. Evaluate performance results and recommend significant changes affecting short-term project growth and success. Assist the Program Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring system installations on various vessels. This is a full time, salaried, exempt position. Requirements: Master's degree in project management, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration or related field. Seven years of program management experience; MSC/US Navy experience strongly preferred. PMP/CAPM, CompTIA, and Scrum Master Certified. USN Division Officer or Department Head at-sea experience preferred. Experience Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerBI. Proficiency with IT program management principles. Experience with MS Project a plus. The incumbent of this position will be subject to a background investigation and will be required to maintain a Government granted security clearance.
