Key Responsibilities: * Serve as the Deputy Program Manager (PM) responsible for program execution, resource allocation, and performance tracking. * Provide strategic guidance and subject matter expertise * Lead and oversee project planning, risk assessment, cost forecasting, and contract management to ensure compliance with DHS policies * Manage program documentation, monthly status reports (MSRs), financial status reports (FSRs), and risk mitigation plans. * Serve as a liaison between DHS leadership, stakeholders, and the contractor team, ensuring alignment with national security and critical infrastructure protection objectives. * Conduct classified and unclassified meetings, briefings, and stakeholder engagements as needed. * Ensure compliance with Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA), executive orders, and national security memorandums (e.g., NSM-22, EO 13800). * Support contract transition and workforce continuity by overseeing staffing plans and key personnel changes. * Work closely with the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) to address contract performance and compliance issues. * Provide cost forecasting and financial reporting support, responding to COR inquiries on contract cost estimation, variance, and expenditure tracking. Required Qualifications: * Master's degree in Business, Public Administration, Cybersecurity, Policy, or a related field. * 10+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in cybersecurity, infrastructure security, or government contracting. * Active TS/SCI clearance at the time of application (required). * Proven expertise in policy development, stakeholder engagement, financial forecasting, and risk management. * Experience managing multi-functional teams in dynamic, high-visibility environments. * Strong understanding of DHS, CISA, and federal government policies, including compliance frameworks such as FACA and PPD-21. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to oversee diverse project teams. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and project management tools. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience supporting classified intelligence briefings and cyber threat analysis. * Background in critical infrastructure protection, national security, or emergency preparedness operations. #CJ #WHYPBG We have successfully built a company culture based on our single most important asset - our employees.
